All that is, this field of perpetual motion of energy, can be seen as a harmonious whole, where everything is vibrating at its own frequency. When everything is then vibrating in its original state, this builds up to a perfect symphony.
And you are an individuated part in this play of life. More so, you are a harmony in itself. With a shared consciousness we all are individuated parts of the whole. But we know that like when in a musical play a false note is played, the harmony sounds off...
Here “soundhealing” can be one way to bring back this harmonious state through various principles. Sound has certain qualities that have a direct effect on matter.
It can permeate form and become really tangible. You will feel the beat of the drum all through the body for instance.
Resonance makes matter with the same frequency vibrate together.
Like on a piano...when you play a note, all the same notes in the different octaves start to vibrate as well.
Or like when you hear a song playing and suddenly feel the urge to dance...
And Entrainment is the principal that brings elements back to its original frequency by example.
This is the phenomenon that occurs when you put a bunch of analog clocks (which are all ticking at a different pace) in the same room and will be ticking in the same rhythm after a while...
Sound has also the property to carry the intention of its creator.
You might say that the sound one brings forward is in fact an extension of his or her energy...
Which brings us to our Soundceremony where we will co-create a space for you to be safe and sound.
Our intent is for you to come to complete rest so the physical body can restore, the mental body may journey and be observed to aid the emotional body to integrate charged emotions.

returning to the essence
My altar is a little holy place to remind me of the essence of life which is love. All the items are connected to beautiful moments, my loved ones, nature, animals,... Sometimes I invite a special intention or spirit into something I found, like a special stone or feather.
Taking a moment to become quiet inside.
Closing my Eyes.
Breathing in and out.
Sensing the breath flowing in and out.
Placing a hand on my Heart.

Then every time my eye falls on the stone or feather I am reminded of my intention.
But mostly I like that an item is connected to a friend or family that I love and then it creates a big smile in my heart whenever I look at that special gift.
And a smiling heart is a relaxed heart and also forgiving and it creates an overflow of joy that can be shared with the world without effort.
