"The journey of each Chakapa begins in our own garden, where the bamboo leaves were harvested over two years ago. We selected and cut each leaf individually, arranging them with care to ensure a rich, resonant sound. They were then laid flat under a heavy weight and left to dry slowly, preserving their natural spirit and texture.

When we felt the time was right, we wove in the elements: soft fur, delicate feathers, and genuine gemstones.

In deep respect for nature, we source our feathers and fur ethically—taking only from animals we find on the roads, never from hunting. Before we take what we need, we hold a small ceremony to give thanks and ask permission. This ensures that every piece we create carries a vibration of gratitude, honoring the cycle of life.

ᐳᐳᐳᐳᐳ The handle is wrapped in a faux leather strap with a soft, suede-like finish in a warm light brown tone.

Wrapped around this handle is an intricate macrame design—approximately 3.5 centimeters wide—in matching light brown tones.

Set within this macrame is the crown jewel of the piece: an elliptic Labradorite (approx. 40x18mm), its surface alive with an intense, ethereal blue flash.

Labradorite is the stone of magic, transformation, and the awakening of inner vision—a mirror to the cosmos and a doorway to the unseen. Its shimmering depths catch the light with every movement, as if the night sky itself has been captured in stone.

Nestled just above the handle rests a generous piece of fox fur (approx. 10cm)—warm, vibrant, and wild. The fox, ever the cunning guide, brings adaptability, keen perception, and the wisdom to navigate between worlds.

Suspended from the chakapa on beaded cords are dark grey Ostrich feathers. The ostrich, in spirit, represents truth, clarity, and the courage to speak from the heart.

The beaded cords are adorned with a harmonious blend of wooden beads (grounding, organic), bone beads (honoring the cycle of life), and delicate Pink Opal beads—a stone of gentle emotional healing, soothing the heart and inviting calm, loving energy into the space.
